snake encounterpoor service
i was annoyed by a snake i saw . that wasn't great. also customer service was not good. i emailed the hotel four times to confirm my boat transfer and i didn't get any answer. staff also weren't friendly. this was unlike other hotels i have stayed at in thailand.
